How should I dress?
At The Refuge, we understand that God looks at the heart and doesn't judge us by the clothes that we wear. We also understand the expense of having to buy "church clothes" just to try to feel accepted. We want you to come as you are. You will find that most everyone wears jeans or pants with a button up or polo shirt. We want everyone to feel relaxed so they can let God minister to who they really are.
Where do I park and enter the building?
We have reserved parking spaces for you on the northwest side of the building near the main entrance. Once you park, you will enter the main glass doors on the north side of the building.
How early should I get there?
We recommend that you show up 15 minutes prior to the start of the service so we can familiarize you with our facilities. We also like to use this time for fellowship. Come early and join us for a cup of coffee.
How long does your service last?
Our services last approximately 1 hour. We respect the time that people sacrifice to be with us and we want to make the most of it without taking advantage of it.
What about my kids?
We have nursery and children's ministry available for all children ages birth to 12 years. We use a computerized check-in system to verify total security and safety of your children. If you are needed during the service, our paging system will notify you. There is a closed circuit security monitor at the check-in station where you can monitor your nursery aged children. Our nurseries and children’s areas open 20 minutes prior to each service.
